FINAL SALES RETURN POLICY
This is our Final Sales Return Policy. Price quoted is for the package. Upon completion of cremation arrangements or placing cremated remains in products there are no refunds. There is no credit for items declined or lesser value substitutions made.
Product Revisions
Three Rivers Cremation is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, Three Rivers Cremation puts forth its best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately, there are varying determinates which, although infrequent, could cause the information on our Website to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes, but is not limited to, new versions or revisions, color deviations in products, items being removed from product line and other variations that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer.
Shipping Policy
It is our policy to only mail cremated remains in a container suitable for shipping. We will mail by the U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail only. For cost see the General Price List.
